• Knowledge in troubleshooting
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills both Nepali and
English

Job Description

• Plan, establish, and manage projects and serve as a liaison between the business and technical
aspects of assigned projects
• Understand and identify technical and departmental needs of the assigned projects, communicate
findings, and make recommendations
• Assess routinely software development and implementation progress of various departments
• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of the project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives,
technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns
schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to team members
and the Head of Departments
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status
reports.
• Trains cross-departmental team members on the technical developments and generates
feedbacks on system implementation.
• Other duties as assigned and required
