Role Profile:
The role of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is to manage the financial actions of the company, track cash flow, analyze strengths/weaknesses in the company’s finances and oversee all aspects of its financial success.


Education Qualification:

  • Chartered Accountants  


Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in handling roles related to strategic financial planning, operations and management

Candidate Profile and Skill Requirements

  • Strong financial and accounting background including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow management and general accounting and budgeting
  • Knowledge of tax related laws and regulations 
  • Adequate knowledge of Risk-based capital requirements
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Leadership skills

Job Description

  • Driving the company’s overall financial strategy and planning
  • Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
  • Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
  • Control and evaluate the organization’s capital structure
  • Ensure appropriate cash flow for organization’s operations
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations and company’s policy
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by CEO
