Role Profile:
The role of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is to manage the financial actions of the company, track cash flow, analyze strengths/weaknesses in the company’s finances and oversee all aspects of its financial success.
Education Qualification:
- Chartered Accountants
Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in handling roles related to strategic financial planning, operations and management

Job Description
- Driving the company’s overall financial strategy and planning
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization’s capital structure
- Ensure appropriate cash flow for organization’s operations
- Prepare annual budget
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations and company’s policy
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
- Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by CEO
