Role Profile:
The role of Chief Technology 0fficer (CTO) is to oversee the organization’s technological and digital needs as well as its initiative towards research and development (R&D). This role is also responsible for examining the short- and long-term technological and digital needs of the organization and advise for investments designed to help the organization reach its objectives.


Education Qualification:

  • Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science


Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading role related to information technology operations and management

Job Description

  • Develop and implement technological and digital vision and strategy for the company
  • Ensure timely execution of digitization and digital transformation as per the vision and strategy of the company
  • Ensure that all technological practices and system of the company adhere to the regulatory guidelines and industry standards
  • Help departments use technology profitably
  • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
  • Develop, monitor and manage the IT Department’s budget
  • Ensure information security of the company in all aspects, both physical and digital
  • Identity and implement technological advancements relating to the insurance industry
