Position: Province Head
Reports to : Deputy General Manager

Role Profile:
The overall responsibility shall include overseeing the smooth operation of the Province. He / She should be capable of setting and achieving competitive business targets and closely work with the Agents’ network. Should have a pleasing personality and be capable of handling the assigned responsibilities independently and working in a team.


Education Qualification:

  • Bachelors completed 


Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position

Candidate Profile and Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge in Underwriting, claim with sound managerial skills and leadership skills in training, supervising the branches for achieving the target assigned to Province.
  • Strong sales and marketing background
  • Experience in non-life insurance preferred
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude

Job Description

  • Provide leadership and direction to the team of Branch Managers
  • Manage branch offices in span to meet business goals and targets
  • Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area
  • Develop business plans for optimal return on resources and investments
  • Analyze local competition and provide supervision to compete for higher productivity and promote healthy internal competition
  • Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity
  • Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities
  • Assist in recruiting and training employees
  • Involve in coaching and mentoring team members for effective succession planning
