Position: Province Head
Reports to : Deputy General Manager
Role Profile:
The overall responsibility shall include overseeing the smooth operation of the Province. He / She should be capable of setting and achieving competitive business targets and closely work with the Agents’ network. Should have a pleasing personality and be capable of handling the assigned responsibilities independently and working in a team.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelors completed
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position

Candidate Profile and Skill Requirements
- Knowledge in Underwriting, claim with sound managerial skills and leadership skills in training, supervising the branches for achieving the target assigned to Province.
- Strong sales and marketing background
- Experience in non-life insurance preferred
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills

- Problem-solving aptitude
Job Description
- Provide leadership and direction to the team of Branch Managers
- Manage branch offices in span to meet business goals and targets
- Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area
- Develop business plans for optimal return on resources and investments
- Analyze local competition and provide supervision to compete for higher productivity and promote healthy internal competition
- Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity
- Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities
- Assist in recruiting and training employees
- Involve in coaching and mentoring team members for effective succession planning
