Job Description
- Overall responsible for the development and management of project with coordination of supervisor
- Advocacy for the agriculture insurance and other relevant insurance product
- Lead to support supervisor for overall coordination towards preparation and facilitation of training, meetings, workshops, events and demonstration of use digital app on agriculture and micro insurance
- Prepare weekly and monthly implementation plans for the supervisor and track their performance
- Assist in strengthening local government to facilitate to provide agriculture and micro insurance services
- Develop contents for the training and orientation on maize insurance
- Develop fact sheets, posters, booklets, brochures, manuals and material for newsletters and audiovisual tools
- Prepare manual such as operational guidelines and information for farmer meetings and awareness camp, ghumti beema
- Establish a monitoring and evaluation mechanism to supervise the program regularly
- Insurance awareness workshop and for NGOs, Co-Operative Executive Members
- Support and guide to supervisor and agents build capacity to sales the insurance product
- Prepare periodic report as per requirement
- Assist supervisor to achieve 4,000 policies for actual involvement in maize agriculture in 6 districts
