- Proficiency in MS Office suite

Job Description
- Overall responsible to conduct the training and management of programs with coordination of agents
- Educator for the agriculture insurance and other relevant insurance product
- Lead to support agents for overall coordination towards preparation of trainings, meetings, workshops and events and demonstration of use of digital app on agriculture and micro insurance
- Prepare weekly and monthly field reports and sales plan of agents and track their performance
- Assist in strengthening local government to facilitate for agriculture and micro insurance services
- Distribute sheets, posters, booklets, brochures, manuals and material for newsletters and arrange program to listen audiovisual tools
- Prepare work schedule for farmer meetings and awareness camp, ghumti bema
- Establish a monitoring and evaluation mechanism to supervise the agent regularly
- Fix and conduct the Insurance awareness workshop for NGOs, cooperative executive member
- Support and guide to build capacity of agents to sale the insurance product
- Ensure minimum 2,000 policies for actual involvement in maize agriculture
- Visit areas as specified by supervisor
