Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Proficient verbal and written communication skill both Nepali and English
• Knowledge in non-life insurance portfolios
• Proper reporting skills –Written, Excel Based
• Nepali Typing
• Communication skills
• Fast learner and a team player

Job Description

• Provide information to customers about HGI services as per customers need and requirement
• Make potential clients aware of the nature of services offered
• Facilitate customers with information regarding product-wise processes, documents or other materials
required for insurance
• Process and review insurance documentation and ensuring complete documentation for maintaining
proper database
• Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on policies
• Providing excellent customer service and support through comprehensive renewals and follow ups to
retain business
• Maintain correspondence with the clients and handling their inquiries through written and verbal
communication
• Perform computer entry of insurance policies
• Calculate premium, collect premium and issue receipts
• Perform party entry of policies by filling Client Due Diligence (CDD) forms
• Deal tactfully and patiently with problematic customers
• Other duties as required

General Duties

• Maintain punctuality strictly, regular and predictable attendance
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
• Respectfully take direction from Supervisor
• Maintain business ethics
